What is Thai Massage?
Thai massage, also known as traditional massage, is a form of therapeutic touch in which the client lies flat and the masseur squeezes, kneads, and presses the body to stimulate the internal organs and increase muscle flexibility. Thai massage providers use their hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, or even the soles of their feet to massage the muscles, and involve more body movement than other types of massage.
Traditional Thai massage does not use massage oil.
Traditional Thai massage helps stimulate blood and lymph circulation, relieves aches and pains, and increases flexibility of muscles and joints.
